We are looking for a Social Media Executive

Job Purpose

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for maintaining our company’s social media platforms. This position will also be responsible for creating captivating content for all social media pages. Monitoring user engagement and analyzing feedback on a daily basis and will report to the Marketing Manager.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing engaging social media strategies.
• Managing social media platforms of the organization.
• Scheduling social media posts.
• Engaging followers with regular company updates.
• Creating brand awareness to gain audience attention.
• Understanding social media analysis and ability to derive insights based on findings
• Increasing engagement through posts/stories and deriving ideas for engaging content
• Assist marketing team in all exhibition setups, videography, campaigns, PR, website, interviews and events
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned / needed in order to meet the requirements of the role and the goals of the company.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an Accredited University in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• English & Arabic Language Fluency
• Minimum of 1 year of proven work experience as a Social Media Executive, or a similar position.
• Outstanding copywriting, proofreading and editing skills.
• Previous experience with Google Analytics /insights tools/ monitoring tools. Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPI’s.
• Excellent knowledge of research requirements for social media strategy.
• Sound knowledge of social media scheduling platforms such as Facebook Business, Hootsuite, Buffer, and others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced organizational, planning and multi-tasking skills.
