What We’re Looking For

We are in search of a highly motivated and skilled Social Media Coordinator to manage, update, and oversee a vast array of social media accounts for multiple platforms and clients. The ideal candidate will be proficient in all major social media platforms and capable of creating fresh, engaging content to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Oversee and update a large set of social media accounts across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Content Creation: Generate fresh, engaging content tailored to each platform’s audience, including posts, stories, tweets, and other forms of social media content.
  • Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their social media strategies are effectively implemented and goals are met.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare monthly reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Platform Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest features, trends, and best practices for each social media platform.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and other departments to ensure cohesive and timely campaign execution.
  • Crisis Management: Act promptly to mitigate any negative publicity or customer complaints on social media platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in social media management.
  • Proficiency in all major social media platforms is mandatory.
  • Strong content creation and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
