Description:
Interior Design Fit out Site Inspector
Graduate of Interior Designer/Architecture or equivalent.
Should have solid 8 years of experience as an Interior Designer on site, project management and fit out.
Excellent understanding of the design process is necessary from conceptual, interior architectural elements, construction documents, specification and administration to completion.
Should be able to handle Residential, Commercial and Retail Interior Project of medium and big scale.
Execute a day to day operations related with project management for Fit out, refurbishment, design & build including scope, procurement, communication, time, risk, project human resources, close out.
Manage and coordination between client, site, sub-contractors by giving them right construction information, project status updates.
Proficient in AutoCAD, hand sketching, and any related software used in detailing drawings and able to generate layout drawings from sketches and specification.
Must have UAE driving License
Must be willing to learn, meet deadlines, and take initiative
Should be a good team player with strong leadership skill
Good communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
