Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and market penetration.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in negotiations, client interactions, and closing deals.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall client experience.
Requirements:
- Graduates and above who have 1 year or more experience in team leading.
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales and leadership roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- UAE real estate market knowledge and experience preferred.
