Description:
Al Mariah Mall is currently looking for a dedicated Assistant Recruiter to join its team in Abu Dhabi with immediate effect. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have hands-on experience in recruitment and are confident in managing the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be familiar with recruitment procedures and documentation, and be capable of coordinating interviews while maintaining effective communication with candidates. Applicants who are available to join immediately will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned vacancies.
• Source and screen suitable candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment records and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist in achieving timely hiring objectives and support the HR team.
Requirements:
• Male candidate.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Knowledge of recruitment procedures and documentation.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
