Alain Mills is currently hiring an experienced Production Supervisor to join its wheat flour milling operations in Ajman, UAE. This opportunity is specifically for professionals with practical, hands-on experience in the wheat flour milling industry who can effectively oversee daily production activities and maintain operational efficiency.
The company welcomes applications from candidates based in the UAE as well as qualified professionals currently residing outside the country. Only applicants with relevant wheat flour milling experience will be considered for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily production activities within the wheat flour milling facility.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor milling operations and support efficient workflow.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Maintain compliance with company safety procedures and operational standards.
• Prepare production reports and monitor equipment performance.
• Support continuous process improvements to enhance productivity.
Requirements:
• Previous hands-on experience working in a wheat flour mill is mandatory.
• Production Supervisor experience within the wheat flour milling industry.
• UAE experience is preferred; however, relevant wheat flour milling experience from the home country is also accepted.
• Candidates currently outside the UAE are welcome to apply.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
