Description:
A reputed Mineral Water Company in the UAE is seeking an experienced and customer-focused CRM Executive to join its team. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with experience in customer relationship management, sales coordination, and customer service operations.
The successful candidate will manage customer records, handle enquiries, coordinate with sales and delivery teams, and ensure excellent customer support. Candidates with previous experience in the mineral water or drinking water industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and update customer information and records within the CRM system.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers regarding enquiries and requirements.
• Coordinate customer requests with Sales and Delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor customer orders, follow-ups, and service-related activities.
• Prepare daily and weekly CRM reports for management review.
Requirements:
• Female candidates are preferred.
• Spouse Visa holders are preferred.
• Previous experience in the Mineral Water / Drinking Water industry is highly preferred.
• Experience in CRM, Customer Service, or Sales Coordination roles.
• Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.
• Excellent customer follow-up and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage customer concerns effectively.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi; additional UAE languages are an advantage.
