Description:
Arab Gate Group LLC is looking for an experienced Accountant to join its team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with different departments, especially the Sales team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing invoices, preparing financial reports, supporting accounting operations, and ensuring accurate financial documentation. Candidates with UAE driving license and willingness to travel as required are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare, review, and follow up on invoices and financial reports.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure smooth financial and operational processes.
• Maintain proper documentation and support accounting procedures.
• Use accounting software to record and manage financial transactions.
• Travel as required to support business operations.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in accounting is required.
• Experience coordinating with Sales teams is preferred.
• Knowledge of preparing invoices and financial reports.
• Good understanding of accounting software.
• Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate effectively between Accounting and Sales departments.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel as required by the role.
