Job Description

• Actively identify new business opportunity through various sources and coordinate with Sales Representative – Project for prospective projects.
• Supervise projects within the allocated geographical territories by following projects closely to ensure products are used and thus achieving sales budget.
• Prepare tenders for projects after consulting with Sales Manager and sub-contractors when necessary and follow-up the status of the submitted tender.
• Submit proposal to client and get involve by coordinating negotiation with Sales Manager and other concerned individuals.
• Evaluate the proposal received from sub-contractor, prepare evaluation report, and negotiate the prices as well as the terms and condition in the proposal in consultation with Sales Manager.
• Prepare budget and Monthly Project Progress Report along with details of expenditure, income, allocated resources and other necessary details and forward the same to Sales Manager for review.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure purchase of materials and items required in the project, prompt billing and timely recovery of project sales.
• Track the progress of the projects, highlighting milestones and proactively tackling potential issues, challenges, and concerns.
• Monitor all sales initiatives of the sales representatives and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed university.
• Minimum two (2) to three (3) years of experience in projects within UAE specialized in construction, paints related projects, or a similar industry.
• Experience supervising mega projects in an organized and efficient manner.
