Description:
Shanasheel Restaurant is seeking a Public Relations Officer to manage government-related processes and ensure the company’s compliance with UAE labor, immigration, licensing, municipality, and other regulatory requirements. The role will act as a key point of contact between the organization and relevant government authorities.
The successful candidate will handle employee visa and labor documentation, coordinate with government departments, maintain official records, and ensure licenses and permits are renewed on time. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and government procedures is important for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor, immigration, and regulatory requirements.
• Process employee visas, labor permits, Emirates IDs, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Dubai Municipality, DED, and other government authorities.
• Monitor and arrange timely renewal of company licenses and permits.
• Maintain accurate government records and employee legal documentation.
• Support management in identifying and reducing regulatory and compliance risks.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with government departments and authorities.
• Follow up on applications, approvals, and government transactions to ensure timely completion.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience.
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and government procedures.
• Good knowledge of UAE visa, labor, and licensing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage confidential documentation accurately.
