Description:
AGC Gulf Group is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Coordinator to manage and enhance its restaurant and supermarket operations across online food delivery, grocery, and quick-commerce platforms in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates who have hands-on experience managing digital ordering platforms and driving online sales growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing online marketplace operations, updating menus and product listings, coordinating order fulfilment, monitoring platform performance, and supporting promotional activities. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple platforms in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage online delivery and quick-commerce platforms including Talabat, Deliveroo, Keeta, Noon Food, Smiles, InstaShop, Careem, and similar platforms.
• Handle product listings, menu updates, pricing changes, promotions, and stock availability.
• Monitor daily orders and coordinate with restaurant, supermarket, and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Manage integrations and operations related to Foodics, UrbanPiper, FineDine, and other POS/order management systems.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns to improve platform visibility, customer acquisition, and sales performance.
• Monitor platform ratings, customer feedback, cancellations, refunds, and operational issues.
• Coordinate with platform account managers to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in restaurant food delivery, supermarket e-commerce, or quick-commerce operations in the UAE.
• Hands-on experience managing platforms such as Talabat, Deliveroo, InstaShop, Careem, Noon Food, or similar applications.
• Knowledge of Foodics, UrbanPiper, FineDine, or other POS and order management systems is an advantage.
• Strong Excel, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with online promotions, pricing management, and sales growth initiatives is preferred.
