Description:

A UAE-based organization is currently seeking a capable and proactive PRO Assistant to manage and support all government relations and official documentation processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in UAE administrative procedures and will be responsible for handling a wide range of government-related services, ensuring smooth business operations and full compliance with regulatory requirements.

This role requires an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with UAE government systems and portals. The candidate will play a key role in managing employee visa processing, labor documentation, licensing requirements, and official communications with various government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end coordination with UAE government authorities including MOHRE, ICP, DED, Municipality, CICPA, Abu Dhabi Police, MOE, and GDRFA.

• Process employment visas, residence permits, Emirates ID renewals, labor contracts, and medical fitness applications for employees.

• Handle trade license renewals, amendments, commercial registrations, and establishment card renewals in compliance with UAE regulations.

• Submit and process applications through official government portals such as Tasheel, Ameer, ICP, and other relevant systems.

• Maintain accurate records of all government-related documentation and ensure timely renewals and compliance.

• Liaise with internal departments to ensure all employee documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

• Follow up with government departments for approvals, updates, and issue resolution.

• Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws, immigration policies, and corporate governance standards.

• Support management in handling official correspondence and administrative documentation.

• Ensure smooth execution of all PRO-related activities to support business continuity.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in PRO or government relations roles within the UAE or GCC region is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration processes, and government procedures.

• Arabic language skills are mandatory.

• Candidate must be currently based in the UAE.

• Immediate availability will be given preference.

• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

• Ability to handle multiple government-related tasks efficiently under deadlines.

• Familiarity with UAE government online systems and portals is essential.
