Description:
Imprint is seeking an Email Automation & QA Specialist to support its Marketing Design team and help maintain high-quality email production across a growing portfolio of partner brands. The role combines content production, automation, technical troubleshooting, and quality assurance, with email campaigns managed through systems such as Braze.
The successful candidate will build reusable email components, develop AI-assisted production and QA workflows, validate dynamic content and tracking, and perform detailed human quality checks before campaigns are launched. This position is suited to someone who is highly detail-oriented and comfortable working across content, code, systems, and production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble email templates in Braze using approved designs, copy, content blocks, catalogs, and reusable components.
• Build, update, and maintain reusable content blocks and catalog entries across partner programs.
• Manage content accuracy, localization, and version control across email templates.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows that improve and standardize email production.
• Design and maintain an AI-based QA checklist covering links, UTM parameters, Liquid variables, localization, compliance requirements, and other common issues.
• Conduct end-to-end human QA, including proofreading, link validation, rendering checks, dark mode testing, and dynamic content verification.
• Support campaign and canvas builds by preparing validated content and templates in Braze.
• Generate and validate campaign links, UTMs, and deep links using Branch.io or similar platforms.
• Troubleshoot HTML and Liquid code within established email template patterns.
• Maintain documentation, QA records, automation workflows, and process improvements.
Requirements:
• Strong systems-thinking abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
• Practical experience building or operating automation using AI-assisted workflows, scripts, no-code/low-code tools, or process automation.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email development and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Liquid templating or similar dynamic content systems.
• Strong understanding of production workflows from content input through assembly, validation, launch, and iteration.
• Comfortable working with documentation, naming conventions, change control, and ongoing maintenance.
• Clear communication skills and strong ownership of assigned deliverables.
• Experience with Braze or a comparable lifecycle marketing platform is preferred.
• Familiarity with content catalogs, dynamic templates, UTM tracking, campaign attribution, and link management is preferred.
• Experience with mobile deep linking platforms such as Branch.io is preferred.
• Experience with inbox testing tools, email client rendering QA, or component-based design systems is preferred.
