Description:
Parampara Restaurant, a new affordable Indian family restaurant opening in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, is seeking an experienced Head Chef to become part of its pre-opening team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate culinary professional with expertise in authentic Indian cuisine.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience preparing North Indian, South Indian, and Kerala dishes while overseeing daily kitchen operations. The role requires maintaining food quality, controlling costs, managing inventory, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare authentic North Indian, South Indian, and Kerala cuisine while maintaining excellent taste and presentation.
• Supervise daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and staff performance.
• Manage food costing, inventory control, and kitchen supplies efficiently.
• Ensure consistent food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene standards.
• Support the successful setup and launch of the restaurant during its pre-opening phase.
Requirements:
• Previous UAE restaurant experience is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience in Indian cuisine.
• Experience managing kitchen operations, inventory, food costing, and kitchen staff.
• Ability to maintain consistent food quality and hygiene standards.
• Pre-opening restaurant experience will be an advantage.
• Candidates who can join at the earliest will be preferred.
