Hiring Hotel Reservations Agent

• Depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, OT Pay, and duty meals
• A newly opened branch of a 5 Star hospitality group based in Dubai

Job Description:

• Booking reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances
• Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates while selling and promoting reservation services
• Helping plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest
• Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers
• Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations

Requirements:

• At least 2 year of related work experience; home country experience is accepted
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
