Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Workshop / Service Engineer and Service Supervisor.
Minimum 3-5 Years’ experience in the UAE.
Service Repairs Trouble Shooting Breakdowns and Maintenance of:
Diesel Generators.
Diesel and Electric Forklifts.
Warehouse Eqpt. (Stackers, Reach Trucks, Powered Pallet Trucks)
Tower Lights & Air Compressors (preferable)
Workshop Management including outdoor service and breakdown calls.
Sales & Marketing of Service jobs, Repair works, and AMC’s.
Supervision & Training of Technicians.
Job Cards, Parts Inventory Management, Estimation and Costing.
Warranty Claims Management.
Site Installations, Commissioning & Testing.
Parts sourcing from local vendors.
Valid UAE Driving License.
Good interpersonal and man power management skills.
Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Language fluency in English & Hindi (Malayalam / Tamil / Arabic – preferable)
Proficiency in IT
Adequate qualifications with sound Technical knowledge.
Planning, Organizing & Execution Skills.
Multi-Tasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
