Description:
Looking for Service Desk Analyst, Location – UAE, Arabic speaking would also be preferred.
2-5 years’ work experience in a first level IT Help Desk role.
Experience in relevant Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, outlook, mobile devices, and VPN technologies
Experience in Banking Applications and Microsoft platforms (Preferred)
PC repair and troubleshooting skills, Microsoft related certification is preferred.
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
