Senior Sales and Marketing Assistant

Office Location: (Bin Sougat Salahoudin Road Deira Dubai)

Job Responsibility:

• In charge as sales and marketing point person in UAE and Philippines
• Prepare market analysis through evaluating new market prospect for products and services.
• Prepare sales and marketing reports to include weekly management report
• Develop monthly budget analysis and prepare monthly sales activity reports.
• Ensure to track monthly events and product reports.
• Evaluate market information and prepare reports as well as rate analysis required for management and sales staff.
• Support and assists pay ins, events, trainings, meetings, benefit fairs and process for current and new accounts.
• Develop training modules, social media campaigns and advertisement for products and services promotion.
• Prepare packages proposals and support information for presentations through sales and service team.
• Develop, interpret and summarize sales reporting
• Support and develop marketing collaterals.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field, computer
• Proficiency in social media, research, analysis, data entry, written and verbal communication.
• Good Interpersonal communication, customer service, client Relationships,
• Financial and general math’s knowledge is required
• creativity, teamwork, network, planning, reliability, and punctuality is a must
