Core Competencies:

  • Confidence & experience (this is a plus) in selling, buying, and leasing of premium residential, commercial, hotel apartments, lifestyle gated communities, and development projects primarily in Dubai, solid knowledge and understanding of UAE Property Market
  • Solid network of existing and potential clients and connections.
  • Keeping up to date with market trends, project launches and investment options.
  • Cold calling on the leads provided and adding the reference to extend the leads.
  • Arranging Site Visits with the clients to view the property before closing deals.
  • Outgoing, Friendly and sociable who is able to develop the rapport and reaching out to potential buyers in the market.
  • Focus on understanding the customer’s needs and expectations in depth in accordance to their budget to find suitable housing.
  • Market research and analysis to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin.
  • Effectively solve customer concerns, increase customer experience and improve their satisfaction.
  • A people-person who possesses great negotiation skills who can negotiate with all different types of cultures and nationalities.
  • Self-motivated and career oriented to meet the given target, Attentive, well organized and passionate for Real estate.

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in the Dubai Real Estate market.
  • Valid UAE Driving license and Car.
  • RERA certified brokers preferred.
  • Self-driven individuals with a positive attitude.
  • Must be proactive, task-oriented and self-driven.
  • Should be having good computer skills and be process-driven, knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must have a valid Driving License and Car.
