Job Description:-
As a Senior Program Manager, you will prepare data analytics road map and prepare project charter and lead the development of Data Governance programs to support the organizations strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals.
This encompasses the both evolution of existing and identification of new services and business solutions in Data Governance. The role leads the shaping and deployment of all support elements required to deliver and operationalize the services, such as identification of resource requirements, development of the business case, strategy, process definition and management, customer engagement and stakeholder management.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Client business units, service delivery leadership and IT to understand the intended scope and approach and convert this into actionable projects. Manage and drive major transformation programs and projects·
- Initiate engagement processes with internal customers
- Drive the service and business solution development and implementation process for all capability development projects
- Drive make vs buy decisions and action any resulting offshoring or outsourcing activities
- Ensure the services or business solution is properly designed and implemented
- Challenge and stretch functional and customer teams to do what is needed to hit the business case
- Ensure that all SLA, quality and risk management activities are undertaken on the process area Support regional business partners to track the outcome and savings generated by the projects
- Plan and manage stakeholder engagement, change management and alignment across the organization
- Build, organize and sustain multi-disciplinary teams customer, functional, IT, third party Minimum requirements
What you will bring to the role:
- Min 18 yrs. of experience as a proven change agent with significant project and program management experience
- Strong collaborative, customer service and Client BU colleagues consulting service skills
- Strong experience / understanding how data driven insights can inform business decisions
- Strong understanding and experience of Data Analytics, Data Governance& Visualization tools on premise and cloud both – Informatica –Data Catalogue, Data Quality , MDM, Collibra, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Proven track record of successfully partnering with IT to leverage technology to deliver data solutions
- An understanding of the Banking industry is desirable.
