Description:

Millennium Health LLC is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support its Customer Service department by providing administrative and clerical assistance. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accurate records.

The successful candidate will assist with customer account management, document handling, communication support, and department operations. This position plays an important role in ensuring smooth workflows while maintaining compliance with healthcare privacy and confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Customer Service Leadership team and staff.

• Organize and electronically file customer and patient account documents.

• Monitor and distribute incoming cases, faxes, voicemails, and emails.

• Enter and update customer account information in laboratory information systems, CRM platforms, and other software tools.

• Manage case documentation and written communication with internal and external customers.

• Process UPS and FedEx pickup requests, customer supply orders, report redactions, and fax verifications.

• Support monthly Order Entry Verification processes according to company procedures.

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, confidentiality, and company policies.

• Complete additional tasks and special projects as assigned.

• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 1 year of general administrative or clerical experience.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Understanding of HIPAA, confidentiality, and compliance policies.

• Experience handling written communication with customers and internal teams.

• Ability to work during Pacific Time business hours.

• Salesforce.com experience is preferred.
