Description:
Skyline Contracting Co. L.L.C. is seeking experienced professionals to join its construction team in the UAE. The company is hiring for multiple positions across construction management, quality control, quantity surveying, and land surveying departments.
The ideal candidates should have relevant experience in building and construction projects, strong technical knowledge related to their respective roles, and the ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams. UAE experience and immediate availability will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate construction activities according to project requirements.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare quantity measurements, cost assessments, and project documentation.
• Conduct land surveys and provide accurate site measurements where required.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal site teams.
• Prepare reports and maintain proper project records.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to timelines.
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in building and construction projects.
• UAE construction experience is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge related to the applied position.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
