Hiring Estimation Engineer – Manufacturing

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5- 10yearsof costing and estimation experience in relevant production in Oil and Gas industry knowledge.
• Must have experience of      
• Must have strong leadership and technical management skills to include employee relations and team building.
• Must have previous experience in an engineering manufacturing environment.
• Must have adequate knowledge in estimation/manufacturing/machine shop/welding processes/repair/re-manufacturing operations/API Monogram.
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills in English in reading, writing, and verbally.
• Must have good Microsoft Office skills / Oracle System

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and process all customer enquires received.
• Review materials, procedures, and specifications supplied by the customer
• Produce detailed workings with a breakdown of estimated process man hours required.
• Liaise with production to determine available capacity to offer accurate delivery timescales
• Coordinate with sales regarding target or market pricing against estimation
• Generate weekly and monthly reports for management
• Promote safe HSE culture in the workforce.
• Perform OH&S Hazard Identification & Risk assessment & Environmental Aspect & Impact study to improve the HSE in their areas of Functions
• Report the timely reporting & investigation of Incidents, Near Misses & Fatal injuries
