Wiley is seeking a skilled and data-driven Paid Ads Manager to join its Audience Solutions team. The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns that support audience growth, engagement, and revenue generation across multiple digital channels.
This position plays a key role in strengthening owned audience assets such as YouTube subscribers and retargeting audiences while reducing dependency on third-party paid media. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, hands-on experience across major advertising platforms, and a deep understanding of performance marketing metrics.
The role also involves contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance audience acquisition across paid, organic, and owned channels while improving campaign scalability and long-term performance impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, and Bing
• Manage campaign budgets, monitor performance, and ensure cost-effective delivery aligned with business goals
• Grow owned audience assets including YouTube subscribers and retargeting lists through structured campaign strategies
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation across paid channels and document performance insights
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and deliver actionable insights including CPA, CPC, CTR, and ROI
• Maintain accurate UTM tracking, tagging structures, and support attribution reporting frameworks
• Support YouTube distribution strategies and troubleshoot paid media platform issues
• Contribute to automated reporting dashboards and improve marketing performance visibility
• Collaborate with marketing teams to scale audience growth initiatives across multiple channels
Requirements:
• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and related platforms
• Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs including CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROI
• Experience in budget management and campaign performance optimization
• Knowledge of UTM tracking, attribution models, and campaign tagging systems
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable strategies
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Strong written communication skills for reporting and documentation
• Ability to troubleshoot campaign issues and optimize performance in real time
