Description:
Sabi Electromechanical Works L.L.C. is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, variations, claims, and cost control within the MEP and construction industry.
The successful candidate will support project cost management activities, prepare accurate estimates, monitor project expenses, and ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates with UAE construction experience and immediate availability will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Monitor project costs and support effective cost control procedures.
• Evaluate variations, claims, and additional works during project execution.
• Review project documents and coordinate with engineering and project teams.
• Prepare cost reports and maintain accurate project records.
• Assist in ensuring projects remain within approved budgets.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience in the Construction or MEP industry.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and cost control.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
