ADCG is looking for a Fit-out Engineer

Job Title: Fit-Out Engineer (Temporary – 4 Months- non extendable)

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Engineer to join our team on a temporary basis for a 4-month project. As a Fit-Out Engineer, you will oversee the fit-out process for our corporate office project, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely completion.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the contractor to review project plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality standards.
• Evaluate materials submittals and provide technical guidance.
• Update the client on project progress and address any challenges.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and maintain documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi regulations and obtain necessary permits.
• Collaborate with internal teams and address design modifications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Civil, Electrical or related field.
• 6-8 years of fit-out engineering experience in corporate office sector.
• Should have ready-to use templates
• In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi Municipality and Civil Defense regulations.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
• Proficiency in reading architectural and MEP drawings.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
