YA Group is seeking motivated individuals to join its growing team as Scheduling Associates within the construction scheduling field. The successful candidate will support construction project scheduling activities using industry-recognized tools such as Oracle Primavera P6 and ASTA Powerproject. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with project teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and finalize detailed construction project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6 and ASTA Powerproject.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure project schedules and deliverables remain aligned.
• Create project schedules based on construction plans, specifications, and client-provided information.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules based on current project status.
• Identify potential schedule risks and communicate concerns to relevant stakeholders.
• Perform delay analysis of project schedules, documentation, and project costs.
• Review project information and prepare impact reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain project files, documentation, and scheduling deliverables.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Previous construction industry experience or knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong willingness to learn with a curious and teachable mindset.
• Ability to work with Windows operating systems and manage electronic files efficiently.
