Description:
Swiss Arabian Perfumes Group is seeking an experienced Wholesale Coordinator to join its team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have hands-on experience supporting wholesale operations.
The successful candidate will coordinate wholesale orders, sales support activities, inventory management, logistics, documentation, and customer requirements across multiple brands. Candidates with experience in the fragrance, cosmetics, or beauty industry, as well as exposure to export or regional wholesale operations, will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate wholesale orders and ensure timely processing.
• Support sales operations by managing documentation and customer requirements.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient wholesale operations across multiple brands.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Wholesale Coordination, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft D365 is preferred.
• Knowledge of French and Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Experience in the fragrance, cosmetics, or beauty industry is a plus.
• Exposure to export or regional wholesale operations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• ERP systems, preferably Microsoft D365.
