Top Forwarder Shipping LLC is seeking an experienced Accountant to join its growing team in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who can efficiently manage financial operations within a fast-paced shipping and logistics environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, preparing financial records, managing receivables and payables, and ensuring compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and invoicing processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare financial reports and support daily accounting operations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate financial documentation.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in the shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics industry is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting procedures and financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Experience handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
