Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai/AUH United Arab Emirates, for a Senior Business System Analyst. The Senior Business System Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, defining system requirements, and working with IT teams to implement solutions. They will also be responsible for presenting findings and recommendations to senior management, facilitating meetings, and managing project timelines.

Responsibility:

  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with relevant divisions within the Customer organization to define services, manage quality control, and document procedures. This aims to ensure the smooth operation of professional practice services, aligning them with the Customer’s strategic objectives and broader plans.
  • Electronic System Development and Integration: Assist in developing and applying modern electronic systems for managing customer tasks.
  • Automation of Professional Practice Procedures: Actively contribute to automating professional practice procedures (such as profession registration and cadre accreditation) using the Customer’s electronic systems, ensuring integration with external entities.
  • Technical Documentation and User Manual Preparation: Prepare essential technical documents and user manuals for automating professional practice services.
  • Electronic System Testing: Conduct comprehensive technical tests on electronic systems during all implementation stages.
  • Development of Training Materials: Develop manuals and training resources.
  • Business Improvement Planning: Design and oversee business improvement strategies to ensure the quality of the Customer’s management outputs.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assist in creating reports and statistical analyses on the performance of electronic systems.
  • Strategic Partnership Coordination: Coordinate with strategic partners for system integration and the enhancement of customer experiences.
