Description:

We’re looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing, training and monitoring the sales team to ensure sales targets are achieved. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to establish new relationships with potential clientele and grow the business. A deep understanding of the broker’s work required, including the paperwork, knowledge of the schemes and structures of the transaction process.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Educated to a Bachelors’ degree or similar level (i.e. real estate, finance or business administration).
  • Experience in the real estate industry for at least 5 years is a must (preferably in an off-plan market).
  • MUST BE 2-3 years’ experience as a Sales Manager.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai premium real estate market at a high level.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the broker’s work, including knowledge of the schemes and structures of the transaction process.
  • Strong personality and a “can-do” attitude.
  • Proven organizational and planning ability.
  • Confident, yet approachable with an excellent leadership skills.
  • Strong decision maker.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • UAE driving license and a car.
  • A Team Player.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales revenue targets as per the company business plan.
  • Manage the entire sales process flow in terms of strategy and prospect management.
  • Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to present the product, sell and negotiate deals.
  • Assist agents in closing deals when required.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationship with current and new clients.
  • Create relationships, attend events that may help to develop sales leads for the team.
  • To be fully involved in training for own sales team especially new joiners.
  • Motivate and monitor own sales team to insure best productivity and consistent sales.
  • Design, plan and execute a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue.
  • Engage with potential candidates for the sales team.
  • Involved in the hiring and interview process for the sales team.
  • To act as an intermediary in negotiations between sellers and buyers over property prices and settlement deals.
  • Develop sales strategy in new regions.
  • Manage the customer sales experience and post-sale customer service experience.
  • Manage leads for the team and ensure leads are converted to sales.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve marketing strategies for lead generation or suggest new ones.
  • Conduct research to develop property market intelligence.
  • Plan and conduct team meetings and sales team training regularly.
  • Managing KPI`s for each member of the sales team including lead`s conversion and sales target.
