Job description
As a Sales Executive fluent in Arabic, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding our customer base in Arabic-speaking markets. Your role will involve building relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, and a passion for exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion:
- Identify and target potential clients in Arabic-speaking markets.
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate and expand market share.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and networking.
Sales and Relationship Management:
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable agreements.
- Close sales deals and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and quotations to clients.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the team on customer preferences and market demands.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in furniture industry
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in Arabic-speaking markets.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
