Job description

As a Sales Executive fluent in Arabic, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding our customer base in Arabic-speaking markets. Your role will involve building relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, and a passion for exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion:

  • Identify and target potential clients in Arabic-speaking markets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to penetrate and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and networking.

Sales and Relationship Management:

  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable agreements.
  • Close sales deals and achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and quotations to clients.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the team on customer preferences and market demands.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in furniture industry
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in Arabic-speaking markets.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
