A reputable organization is seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, and network management who are passionate about maintaining reliable technology infrastructure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day IT operations, maintaining hardware and software systems, managing IT assets, and ensuring smooth network performance. Experience with ERP platforms and cloud-based technologies will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to employees by resolving hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Maintain and administer IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user devices.
• Configure, implement, and manage ERP systems while maintaining user access and permissions.
• Monitor and support LAN and wireless network performance to ensure reliable connectivity.
• Maintain IT assets and assist with system upgrades, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, systems administration, and network management.
• Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including configuration, implementation, and user access management.
• Strong knowledge of:
