Hiring Sales Executive – Inbound Tourism (UAE Market)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on inbound tourism for the UAE market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target the inbound tourism market in the UAE.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, including travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients, to generate leads and secure new business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to enhance our offerings and stay ahead in the market.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and targeted campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s presence and generate leads.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay updated with industry knowledge, including changes in regulations, tourist attractions, and travel trends, to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the inbound tourism industry, specifically targeting the UAE market.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE tourism landscape, including popular destinations, attractions, and travel services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients effectively.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and other sales-related tools.
  • Fluency in English & Hindi/ Urdu is required.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
