Role Overview
As a Sales Coordinator, you will act as a crucial link between the sales team, clients, and other departments. You will handle administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless communication to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with daily operations, including preparing quotations, proposals, and processing orders.
- Customer Relationship Management: Respond promptly to client inquiries, address complaints, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products or services and address any logistical concerns.
- Reporting: Generate regular sales reports to track performance metrics and provide insights to management.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Education: Diploma, Engineering, or BBA (or related field).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with SAP systems is an advantage.
