Key Responsibilities:

• Support B2B clients with reservations (hotels, transfers, excursions, etc.).
• Communicate effectively via email and phone, providing clear and prompt information.
• Collaborate with service providers to ensure smooth bookings and negotiate rates.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) + Arabic or Russian is a PLUS
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality or DMC (Destination Management Company) roles.
