Description:
JIC is seeking a dedicated QHSE Officer to join its team for a new project based in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about maintaining high standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance within the catering and food service industry.
The successful candidate will support the implementation of QHSE procedures, monitor compliance with food safety and ISO standards, participate in internal audits, and help ensure a safe and compliant working environment. Candidates who are currently available in the UAE and able to join immediately will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Support the implementation of HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems.
• Conduct internal audits and assist with ISO compliance activities.
• Prepare and maintain QHSE documentation and records.
• Promote safe working practices and ensure adherence to company policies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety Management Systems, internal audits, and ISO standards.
• 1–2 years of catering experience is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE and able to join immediately will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of:
• HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems
• ISO standards and internal auditing
• QHSE compliance and Microsoft Office
