A company based in Jebel Ali, Dubai is looking to hire a Senior HR Executive to support its core HR operations. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience working within a UAE Freezone environment and a solid understanding of local HR compliance processes.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing HR operational activities while utilizing JAFZA, MOHRE, and GDRFA systems. Applicants should possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in both English and Hindi, and be available for immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day HR operations in a UAE Freezone environment.
• Process employee documentation and maintain accurate HR records.
• Coordinate HR-related activities using JAFZA, MOHRE, and GDRFA portals.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and Freezone procedures.
• Provide administrative and operational HR support while maintaining effective communication with employees.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of relevant UAE experience in core HR Operations within a UAE Freezone environment (Non-negotiable).
• Working knowledge of JAFZA, MOHRE, and GDRFA systems and portals.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
