Description:
A Dubai-based tax and advisory firm serving promoter-led businesses, multinational companies, and family offices is looking to hire Business Development professionals at two levels: Senior BD Executive and Business Development Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals who have a strong commercial mindset and an established network within the UAE.
The successful candidates will focus on expanding the firm’s client base across audit, corporate tax, VAT, succession planning, and transaction structuring services. The role will initially be remote while the company’s new office is being finalized and will later transition to an office-based position at Al Saqr Business Tower, Trade Center Second, Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Promote the firm’s audit, tax, VAT, succession planning, and transaction advisory services.
• Engage with senior decision-makers and provide commercial support throughout the sales cycle.
• Contribute to business growth by achieving sales and client acquisition targets.
Requirements:
• Strong Business Development experience with an established UAE network.
• Confidence in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Commercially driven with the ability to work with senior-level clients.
• Fluency in both Russian and English.
• Experience in the UAE professional services or private-client market will be highly advantageous.
