Hiring Project Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS Preferred – Abu Dhabi, UAE
• To join Abu Dhabi PMC delivery team. This role will be supporting one of most prestigious developments, and we are hiring for a candidate who can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive post contract commercial services for the project, ensuring cost control, contract management, and procurement are handled efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with our delivery team to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Manage contract variations, claims, and ensure accurate project reporting.

Requirements:

• MRICS Preferred / highly desirable.
• Experience: Proven experience in quantity surveying within a Tier 1 PMC environment.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
