Ownerss is looking for a talented Real Estate Graphic Designer to join its team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is ideal for a creative professional with experience producing engaging property marketing materials and digital content for the real estate industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality visuals for property campaigns, social media platforms, brochures, and promotional materials while maintaining consistent brand standards. You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to deliver visually compelling content that enhances the company’s premium real estate presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design high-quality marketing visuals for property listings and advertising campaigns.
• Create engaging social media posts, reel covers, stories, and digital advertisements.
• Design brochures, flyers, property presentations, and promotional materials.
• Edit and enhance property photographs for marketing purposes.
• Produce creative visuals for property launches, events, and roadshows.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop impactful branding materials.
• Ensure consistency across all marketing and brand assets.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
• Experience creating property marketing materials and promotional content.
• Strong understanding of social media design and brand identity.
• Excellent photo editing and image retouching skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting project deadlines.
• A strong design portfolio is required.
• Strong knowledge of:
