A Squared Real Estate is expanding its team and is looking for an experienced Secondary Area Specialist to join its growing operations in Business Bay, Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated real estate professional with a strong understanding of Dubai’s secondary property market and a successful track record in resale transactions.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of a specific Dubai community, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build client relationships while sourcing quality property listings. Key Responsibilities:
• Source and secure quality property listings within assigned communities.
• Manage resale property transactions from listing to closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and property owners.
• Provide expert advice on market trends and property values.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate successful property sales.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.
• Maintain accurate records of listings and client interactions.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Dubai’s secondary real estate market.
• Strong knowledge of a specific Dubai community such as Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Palm Jumeirah, or Dubai Creek Harbour.
• Ability to source listings and successfully close resale transactions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• RERA Certification is considered an advantage.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:

• Property Listings, Resale Transactions, and Client Negotiations
• RERA Regulations and Real Estate Sales Processes
