LEVA Hotels is seeking an experienced and passionate Hotel Manager to lead operations at its flagship 4-star hotel in Dubai. This leadership role is ideal for a hospitality professional who is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence and team performance.

The successful candidate will lead the hotel’s day-to-day operations, foster a positive workplace culture, and oversee business performance. You will play a key role in managing people, enhancing guest satisfaction, supporting revenue growth, and ensuring the hotel maintains the highest standards of service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

• Lead, motivate, and develop hotel teams to achieve operational excellence.

• Manage Rooms Division and coordinate overall hotel operations.

• Monitor budgets, control operational costs, and achieve business KPIs.

• Support revenue growth through effective commercial and financial management.

• Maintain high service standards while promoting a positive guest-focused culture.

Requirements:

• 6–8+ years of progressive experience in hotel operations.

• Previous experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior hotel leadership role.

• Strong understanding of Rooms Division and overall hotel operations.

• Proven leadership and team development abilities.

• Experience with budgeting, cost control, revenue management, and KPIs.

• UAE hospitality experience is preferred.

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of:
