Description:
NOVA Smart Energy is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join its team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with warehouse experience who can efficiently manage inventory, documentation, and material handling while ensuring smooth warehouse operations.
The selected candidate will be responsible for receiving and dispatching materials, maintaining inventory records, processing warehouse documentation, coordinating with vendors, and supporting internal teams with timely updates. The role requires strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive materials from vendors and arrange dispatch to end clients.
• Prepare client delivery notes (DNs) and follow up to obtain signed copies.
• Record goods receipts in the system and maintain accurate warehouse records.
• Submit vendor invoices to the finance team and update the invoice tracker.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain pending invoices and required documents.
• Maintain inventory records, including rack locations for all materials.
• Process RMA requests and update the RMA tracker with the latest status.
Requirements:
• High Secondary School qualification or an Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Good customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Flexible, organized, and professional in the workplace.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Warehouse inventory management
• Goods receipt and delivery documentation
• Microsoft Office and inventory tracking systems
