Kabab Erbil is looking for an experienced Tandoori Chef to join its kitchen team in Jumeirah 2, Dubai. This role is ideal for a skilled culinary professional who has hands-on experience preparing authentic tandoori dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality and kitchen hygiene.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of tandoor specialties, ensuring efficient kitchen operations, and delivering consistently flavorful dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Candidates with strong teamwork skills and a passion for traditional cooking are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook a variety of tandoori dishes, including chicken, tikka, kebabs, naan, and other specialties.
• Operate and maintain the tandoor while ensuring food is cooked to the highest quality standards.
• Follow food preparation procedures and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
• Adhere to food hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards at all times.
• Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Requirements:
• Proven experience working as a Tandoori Chef.
• Strong knowledge of traditional tandoor cooking techniques.
• Experience preparing tandoori chicken, tikka, kebabs, naan, and other tandoor items.
