Hiring Project Manager – Fitout & Interior Projects

Salary: Up to AED 10,000 per month

Location: Dubai UAE

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee our fitout and interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee fitout and interior design projects from concept to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and efficient resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee work progress and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Read and manage the project team, providing guidance and resolving any issues that arise.
• Prepare project reports and maintain documentation for all project activities.

 Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in managing fitout and interior design projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
