Hiring Project Manager (Arabic – English Speaker)

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including goals, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust project plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction, support, and guidance.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, managing their expectations effectively.
  • Address stakeholder feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
  • Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers, if applicable.

Risk Management:

  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle and implement contingency plans as needed.
  • Proactively address issues and resolve conflicts within the project team.

Quality Assurance:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to evaluate project deliverables against established standards.
  • Conduct regular quality reviews and make necessary adjustments to maintain high-quality outcomes.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and meeting minutes.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Analyze project outcomes and performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement process enhancements and best practices to optimize project management methodologies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and project management tools to enhance project delivery processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
