Hiring Product Manager

Location – Dubai, UAE.

Contract – 6 months extendable

Salary – AED 21000

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our dynamic team As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the product development life cycle, from conception to commercialization, with a strong focus on cloud technologies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Core Accountabilities:

• Product Development Lifecycle: Lead the entire product development lifecycle, including product discovery, definition, design, development, testing, and deployment. Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure the successful execution of product road-maps.
• Cloud Knowledge: Utilize your expertise in cloud technologies to guide the development of cloud-based products and solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and integrate cloud best practices into product development.
• Commercialization: Plan and execute the commercialization strategy for in-house research prototypes, ensuring successful market launch. Develop pricing strategies, target customer segments, and go-to-market plans.
• Requirements Gathering: Work closely with internal departments and teams to gather and priorities product requirements. Act as the liaison between stakeholders and the product development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Product Version Management: Maintain and manage product versions, ensuring proper version control and tracking of changes. Ensure a clear segregation between the core product development team and the production delivery team.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including product specifications, user manuals, and release notes. Ensure that all stakeholders have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
• Project Management: Handle multiple product development projects simultaneously, effectively managing timelines, resources, and budgets. Identify and mitigate project risks and bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent work experience. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of successfully launching and managing cloud-based products.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native technologies.
• Proficiency in product management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with commercialization strategies, including pricing, market analysis, and competitive positioning.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
