Description:

We are hiring 2 Procurement Specialists.

Location: Dubai, UAE. A Freezone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement processes for international trading, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and oversee customs clearance procedures.
• Coordinate logistics, shipping, and delivery schedules to meet business requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Key Requirements:

• 5-8 years proven experience in procurement, preferably within the international trading industry.
• In-depth knowledge of customs clearance processes and regulations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English.
• Valid UAE driving license.
