Hiring Property Lease Procurement Officer

Someone who can work in a fast paced environment, who exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and can negotiate and develop relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.  You will have high attention to detail, whilst working collaboratively with your team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality.
• Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing
• Ensure compliance on quality standards, procurement policies and procedures
• Advising the Head of Task Force in the legal aspects and contractual arrangements related to real estate and building projects
• Initiate the procurement processes and prepare the administrative procurement documents related to a building project
• Preparing budgets, cost analysis, and reports.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in accounting, business management or a similar field preferred.
• 2 years of UAE experience as a procurement officer
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Supervisory and management experience.
